Is Amazon Haul available in Canada?
It is, and has been since November 14, 2025. Amazon.ca announced Haul that day as a section of the Amazon Shopping app, describing products across fashion, home, beauty and more, including items from Canadian brands large and small. Like the US version, it is not a separate app or company: it is part of Amazon.ca, and Amazon.ca says all Haul products go through all relevant Amazon checks so that they are safe and compliant with applicable regulations and Amazon’s policies.
If you read elsewhere that Haul is “not in Canada,” check the date. The US store opened a year earlier, and Canadian coverage in November 2024 noted it was US-only at the time. How to find Haul on amazon.ca
Amazon.ca’s instructions are short:
- Update the Amazon Shopping app on your phone.
- Type “Haul” into the search bar, or open the main menu and choose Amazon Haul.
- On a computer, sign in to amazon.ca; Amazon.ca’s launch post says Haul is available on desktop as well as in the app.
Amazon.ca rolled Haul out to select customers first, with the rest added over the following weeks, so a late-2025 “I can’t see it” problem usually just meant waiting. Amazon Haul Canada shipping
Shipping is free on Haul orders of C$35 or more. Below that, Amazon.ca charges a standard C$6.99 delivery fee. That fee is high relative to Haul prices, so most shoppers will want to build a basket past C$35 before checking out. Only Haul items count toward that line, because Haul uses its own cart.
On timing, Amazon.ca says Haul orders arrive in two weeks or less. At launch, MobileSyrup’s write-up put delivery at around two to three weeks, so treat Amazon’s figure as the typical case rather than a promise. Prices, discounts and the Amazon Haul Canada sale
Every Canadian Haul item is priced at C$25 or less, and Amazon.ca says most are under C$10. Items with a “crazy low” badge can be as low as C$1. On top of item prices, two automatic tiers apply: 5% off orders over C$70 and 10% off orders over C$100. There is no code to enter; the discount appears in the Haul cart when you pass the line.
Storewide sales happen too. At launch, MobileSyrup reported a limited-time 40% off everything, applied at checkout. Amazon has not published a calendar of Canadian Haul events, so we do not list future dates here. The next big window is Black Friday on November 27, 2026; with a two-week delivery estimate, order anything you need for the holidays early. Returns on Amazon Haul in Canada
Amazon.ca’s launch post says Haul offers free returns if they are requested within 15 days of receipt, which is shorter than Amazon’s usual window. You start a return from Your Orders, and Amazon.ca says your preferred drop-off location handles packing, labelling and shipping.
One difference from the US matters here. Amazon’s US help page says Haul items priced US$3 or less are final sale. Amazon.ca’s launch post does not state a matching low-price rule for Canada, and we have not found a Canadian help page that confirms one. The safe approach is to read the return line on each Canadian listing before you buy, especially for the cheapest items. How Amazon Haul Canada differs from the US store
- Higher numbers, different currency: the cap is C$25 instead of US$20, free shipping starts at C$35 instead of US$25, and the tiers sit at C$70 and C$100 instead of US$50 and US$75.
- A bigger small-order fee: C$6.99 below the threshold, against US$3.99 in the US.
- Return wording: Canada’s launch post counts the 15 days from receipt and does not mention a final-sale price line; the US counts from delivery and excludes items US$3 or less.
- Selection: Amazon.ca highlighted Canadian brands; the US catalog is far larger, with over six million items under US$10 by mid-2026.
- Age: the US store had a year in beta first; Canada launched after Amazon dropped the beta label elsewhere.
Can Canadians shop the US Haul store?
Haul runs separately in each Amazon marketplace, with its own prices, thresholds and currency.
