Amazon Haul does not have its own app. It lives inside the Amazon Shopping app and, since June 2026, on desktop at amazon.com/haul. If you cannot see it, it is almost always one of four things: you are not on amazon.com (US), your app is out of date, you are signed out, or you are looking in the wrong place. Here is the fastest way in.
On your phone (Amazon Shopping app)
- Open the Amazon Shopping app and make sure you are signed in to a US (amazon.com) account.
- Tap the search bar and type Haul. The first result is a banner that opens the Haul storefront.
- Or tap the main menu (the three-line icon) and choose Haul.
- Once inside, Haul has its own search bar, categories and cart. Tap your way back out with the back arrow.
On desktop
Go to amazon.com/haul while signed in. Amazon confirmed desktop access in June 2026; before that Haul was mobile-only, which is why older articles say you need the app.
“Amazon Haul is not showing up for me”
| Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| You are on a non-US Amazon site | Haul on amazon.com is US-only. Other countries have their own Haul or Amazon Bazaar; see the country list. |
| App is out of date | Update the Amazon Shopping app in the App Store or Google Play, then search “Haul” again. |
| Signed out or using a guest view | Sign in. Haul only shows to signed-in accounts. |
| Searching on the main site for “Haul” | On desktop, type amazon.com/haul in the address bar instead of using search. |
| Business or Amazon Fresh account view | Switch to your personal account view; Haul is a consumer storefront. |
Is there an Amazon Haul app?
Not in the US. Amazon launched a standalone Amazon Bazaar app in 14 markets (including Argentina, the Philippines, Nigeria and Taiwan) in 2025, but in the US Haul is a section of the main Amazon app. Any “Amazon Haul app” in a US app store that is not the Amazon Shopping app is not Amazon’s.
