There is no separate Amazon Haul app in the US. Haul is a storefront inside the free Amazon Shopping app for iPhone and Android: open the app, then search “Haul” or tap Haul in the main menu. If you would rather not use an app, the same store works in any browser at amazon.com/haul.

Is there an Amazon Haul app?
No, not in the United States. When Amazon launched Haul on 13 November 2024, its announcement described a beta shopping experience inside the Amazon Shopping app, built around items priced $20 or less, most $10 and under. That is still how it works. Amazon’s June 2026 Haul post tells customers to search “Haul” in the Amazon Shopping app, open it from the main menu, or visit amazon.com/haul. It mentions no dedicated download.
The confusion is understandable: Haul looks like a different shop, with its own bright design, its own search results limited to Haul items and its own cart. Amazon Haul app download: what to install
Search your phone’s app store for “Amazon Shopping.” The App Store listing names AMZN Mobile LLC as developer and seller, lists the app as free, and requires iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 or later. The Google Play listing names Amazon Mobile LLC, with Amazon.com, Inc. under “About the developer.” Neither listing’s description mentions Haul, which is another reason people assume a separate app exists.
You do not need a second app, login or account for Haul. It uses your normal Amazon sign-in, saved addresses and payment methods.
Amazon Haul on iPhone and iPad
- Open the App Store and install or update Amazon Shopping.
- Sign in with your Amazon account.
- Type Haul in the search bar and choose the Amazon Haul result, or tap the menu icon and look for Haul in the list.
- Browse, add items and check out from the Haul cart, opened with the cart icon at the bottom right of the Haul store.
On an iPad, the same steps work in Amazon Shopping. If the tablet layout hides the entry, Safari works on any Apple device: just go to amazon.com/haul.
Amazon Haul on Android
- Open Google Play and install or update Amazon Shopping.
- Sign in, then search Haul or open the main menu and select Haul.
- If Haul does not appear, check Google Play for a pending update, then fully close the app and reopen it.

What about the Amazon Bazaar app?
Amazon Bazaar is a real Amazon app, but it is not for US shoppers. Amazon’s 7 November 2025 announcement launched the standalone Bazaar app in 14 locations: Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Nigeria. Amazon calls it the same ultra-low-price experience as Haul, with a name chosen to suit local languages and cultures.
In the US, Haul stays inside the main Amazon app and website. If an app store shows you “Amazon Bazaar” while you are in the US, it is not the way into Haul. Our page on Amazon Haul countries tracks which markets get which version.
Apps named “Haul” that are not Amazon’s
Be careful with anything called “Haul” that Amazon did not publish. The clearest example is the App Store listing called “Haul Shopping”: its developer and seller is Haul Labs Inc., and its description does not mention Amazon. Shopping guides, coupon trackers and copycat stores sometimes use similar names.
- Check the developer name before installing. For Haul you want AMZN Mobile LLC or Amazon Mobile LLC.
- Check where you pay. Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee covers Haul purchases made through Amazon, not orders placed in other apps.
- Never sign in to Amazon inside a third-party app that asks for your Amazon password.
App vs mobile browser vs desktop
The store’s rules are the same everywhere. What changes is convenience.

Store rules do not change between devices. Free shipping starts at $25 per Haul order, with a $3.99 fee below that; 5% off $50 and 10% off $75 apply automatically. Amazon says most deliveries take one to two weeks; see how long Amazon Haul takes to deliver. Amazon Haul not showing in the app? Quick fixes
Amazon’s Haul help page says that if you see an “older version” note, you should update the app from your app store. That is the most common cause. Work through these in order:
- Update the app. Open the Amazon Shopping listing and tap Update if it appears.
- Restart it. Fully close the app, then reopen it.
- Search, don’t scroll. Menus move, but typing “Haul” in the search bar reliably surfaces the store.
- Check your account. Use a personal US amazon.com account; Haul is not available to Amazon Business customers.
- Try the browser. If amazon.com/haul works in a browser but not in the app, the problem is the app on your device, not your account.
- Reinstall as a last resort. Deleting and reinstalling clears cached data; you will need to sign in again.

Is the Haul section of the Amazon app safe?
Haul is run by Amazon itself, not by a third-party app. Orders go through your Amazon account, Amazon customer service handles problems, and Amazon says Haul purchases are covered by the A-to-z Guarantee. Many items ship from overseas, which is why delivery is slower than standard Amazon shipping. Whether the products are worth buying is a separate question; read is Amazon Haul legit.
Getting the most out of Haul in the app
- Watch the cart total. Haul has its own cart, and the tiers apply per Haul order, so one combined order usually beats several small ones. More on the Amazon Haul cart.
