If Amazon Haul is not working, the cause is usually an outdated Amazon Shopping app, an account set to a country store without US Haul, an Amazon Business account, or looking in the wrong cart. On iPad, the quickest fix is opening amazon.com/haul in Safari while signed in. Updating the app or using the website fixes most cases.
Quick fix in 60 seconds
- Update the Amazon Shopping app, close it fully and reopen it.
- Search “Haul” in the app, or open amazon.com/haul in a browser while signed in.
- Check that you are on the US store (amazon.com) with a personal account, not Amazon Business.
- Haul items sit in a separate Haul cart: open the cart icon inside Haul before assuming items disappeared.
Last checked November 2026 against Amazon’s Haul help page and Amazon’s own announcements. AmazonHaul Guide is independent and not run by Amazon, so for anything account-specific, Amazon’s customer service is the final word.
| Symptom | Most likely cause | What to try |
|---|---|---|
| Haul works on phone but not on iPad | Tablet app version or layout | Open amazon.com/haul in Safari while signed in |
| No Haul entry in the app menu | Old app version | Update the Amazon Shopping app, then reopen it |
| Search for “Haul” finds only normal products | App not updated, or wrong country store | Update the app, then check your Country/Region setting |
| Message that Haul is unavailable | Amazon Business account or a store without Haul | Switch to a personal account; check which store you use |
| Pages freeze, go blank or loop | Cached data or a temporary outage | Sign out and in, clear the cache (Android) or reinstall |
| Items will not add to the cart | Deal limit reached or item sold out | Check the deal tile; open the Haul cart |
| “Cannot be shipped” at checkout | Delivery address or item restriction | Check the delivery address; remove the item |
Amazon Haul not working on iPad
Amazon does not publish iPad-specific instructions for Haul. Its Haul help page lists three supported routes: an updated Amazon app, mobile web and desktop. So the reliable route on a tablet is the browser. Open Safari, go to amazon.com/haul and sign in. Safari on iPadOS normally requests the desktop version of websites, and desktop is one of the routes Amazon says supports Haul.
If you prefer the app, update Amazon Shopping from the App Store first, then close and reopen it and search “Haul”. If the app still shows nothing while the website works, the problem is local to the app on that device; delete and reinstall it. On Android tablets the same advice applies: try amazon.com/haul in Chrome first.
Amazon Haul not showing up in the app
An old app version is the most common cause. Amazon’s help page warns that older versions of the app may not support Haul and tells shoppers to update. Open the App Store (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play (Android), find Amazon Shopping and tap Update if offered. Turning on automatic updates stops the problem from coming back.
After updating, look for Haul in the main menu or type “Haul” into the search bar. Haul is not a separate download in the US; it lives inside the Amazon Shopping app, as our Amazon Haul app page explains. Every entry point is listed on how to access Amazon Haul.
Can’t find Amazon Haul? Try the website
Haul started as a mobile-only store, but it has worked on desktop in the US since early April 2025, when Cord Cutters News reported it was accessible through an updated app, mobile web and desktop. Go to amazon.com/haul while signed in. If the site loads but the app does not, focus on updating or reinstalling the app. If neither shows Haul, the cause is more likely your account or store, covered next.
Check your account country and store
Haul runs store by store. The US version lives on amazon.com. Amazon’s November 2025 anniversary post listed Haul in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and the UK, with a similar store called Amazon Bazaar in Mexico, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Canada followed on November 14, 2025, with its own rules, such as a C$25 price cap and free shipping from C$35, according to iPhone in Canada. If your app’s Country/Region setting points to a different store, you will not see the US storefront. Changing it can also change saved addresses and payment methods. Our Amazon Haul countries list tracks where each version is live.
Amazon Haul unavailable on an Amazon Business account
That is expected. Amazon’s help page says Haul is not available to Amazon Business customers for now. If you switch between business and personal profiles, make the personal one active before you look for Haul.
Amazon Haul not loading: clear stuck data
If Haul appears but pages freeze, show blank tiles or keep reloading, use the general steps that work for most shopping apps. These are not Haul-specific instructions from Amazon, so treat them as a sensible order rather than an official fix:
- Check your connection and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Sign out of the Amazon app and sign back in.
- On Android, clear the app’s cache in Settings, Apps, Amazon Shopping, Storage. Clearing the cache keeps your account; clearing all data signs you out.
- On iPhone or iPad, delete and reinstall the app, since iOS has no cache button.
- If the regular Amazon app is also failing, the problem is probably on Amazon’s side (see below).
Can’t add to cart, or “everything unavailable”
Haul items go into a separate Haul cart, opened from the cart icon at the bottom right of the store, so they will not appear in your regular Amazon cart. Our Amazon Haul cart guide explains the difference. If an add-to-cart fails on a deal, check for a per-customer cap: recent Haul flash deals have been limited to one to three units, and some run only while supplies last. The caps are listed on Haul rules and limits.
If nearly everything shows as unavailable, check the delivery location shown in the app. A non-US address or a different country store changes what you can buy. Large sale events can also sell out popular items quickly.
“Item cannot be shipped” at checkout
Amazon has not published a list of Haul-only address restrictions. If checkout says an item cannot be shipped, confirm the delivery address is a complete US address, try another saved address, or remove that item and check out the rest. If a normal home address is refused for every item, contact Amazon. Problems after you have paid, such as cancellations or missing parcels, are covered on Amazon Haul order problems.
Is Amazon Haul down today?
Haul runs on Amazon’s own systems, so it goes down when Amazon does. In early March 2026, a US Amazon outage left shoppers unable to check out or load product pages for several hours; Amazon blamed a software deployment issue, as Fashion Network reported. To check, open a regular Amazon product page. If that also fails, wait and try again later rather than reinstalling. If only Haul fails, work through the steps above.
Is it Haul, or is it my order?
If Haul works but an order seems stuck, that is a delivery question. Amazon says most Haul orders arrive in two weeks or less, so a slow parcel is normal here. Use our guide to tracking a Haul order before contacting support. Worried the store is a scam because it looks different? It is run by Amazon; see is Amazon Haul legit.
The official support path
Haul is part of Amazon, so Haul problems go to regular Amazon Customer Service, and Amazon says every Haul purchase is backed by its A-to-z Guarantee. Use Customer Service from the Amazon app menu or Amazon’s website. Before you reach out, note your app version, device, whether amazon.com/haul works in a browser, and the exact error. Our Amazon Haul customer service page lists the official contact routes and warns about fake support numbers.
What changed in November 2026
As of our November 2026 check, Amazon’s help page still lists the updated app, mobile web and desktop as the supported routes and still excludes Amazon Business accounts. New for this update: a section on add-to-cart failures during short, capped flash deals, which ran in early November 2026, and a section on Amazon-wide outages.
How we checked this page
In November 2026 we checked Amazon’s Haul help page, Amazon’s anniversary and June 2026 Haul posts, and press reports on desktop access, the Canadian launch and the March 2026 outage. The fixes in the clear-data section are general app steps, labeled as such. AmazonHaul Guide has no first-hand order log yet; we will add dated observations later. Amazon Haul Not Working: FAQ
Why is Amazon Haul not showing up in my Amazon app?
The usual reason is an outdated Amazon Shopping app; Amazon’s help page says older versions may not support Haul. Update the app from the App Store or Google Play, close and reopen it, then look for Haul in the menu or search for Haul. If it still does not appear, check that your account uses the US store and is not an Amazon Business account.
Why is Amazon Haul not working on my iPad?
Amazon gives no iPad-specific guidance and lists only the updated app, mobile web and desktop as supported. The simplest fix is to open Safari, go to amazon.com/haul and sign in, since Safari on iPad normally loads the desktop version of sites. If you want the app, update it from the App Store, or delete and reinstall it.
Can I use Amazon Haul on a computer?
Yes. Haul started as a mobile-only store but has been available on desktop in the US since early April 2025. Go to amazon.com/haul in any browser while signed in to your Amazon account. The desktop store uses the same account, the same separate Haul cart and the same shipping and return rules as the app.
Why does Amazon Haul say it is unavailable?
The most common reasons are an Amazon Business account, which Amazon says cannot use Haul for now, or an account set to a country store that does not offer the US Haul storefront. Switch to a personal account and check your Country/Region setting. If single deal items show unavailable, they may have sold out or reached a per-customer limit.
Is Amazon Haul down right now?
Haul runs on Amazon’s systems, so check whether a regular Amazon product page loads. If it also fails, the problem is likely Amazon-wide; in early March 2026, a US outage blocked checkouts for several hours before Amazon fixed it. If only Haul fails, update or reinstall the app, or try amazon.com/haul in a browser.
Who do I contact if Amazon Haul still does not work?
Contact regular Amazon Customer Service through the Amazon app menu or Amazon’s website; Haul has no separate support team. Tell them your device, app version, whether amazon.com/haul works in a browser and the exact error you see. Avoid phone numbers found on random websites, which can be scams, and use only Amazon’s own contact routes.
