Amazon Haul: Complete Guide to Amazon’s $20 Store (2026)

Amazon Haul is Amazon’s own low-price store, where every item is priced at $20 or less and most cost under $10. You shop it with your regular Amazon account in the Amazon Shopping app, on mobile web or at amazon.com/haul. Haul orders ship free from $25 and usually arrive in about one to two weeks. For tested picks, our sister site AmazonHaul Finds reviews the best Amazon Haul finds under $10, category by category.

Key takeaways

  • Amazon Haul is run by Amazon, not by a separate company or a third-party app, and Amazon says every Haul purchase is backed by its A-to-z Guarantee.
  • The US price cap is $20. In July 2026 Amazon said Haul had more than six million items priced under $10.
  • Haul orders of $25 or more ship free; smaller orders pay $3.99. Orders of $50 or more get 5% off and orders of $75 or more get 10% off, applied automatically.
  • Delivery takes about one to two weeks, and Haul orders are not Prime eligible.
  • Eligible items over $3 can be returned free within 15 days of delivery. Items priced $3 or less are final sale.

Last checked November 2026 against Amazon’s Amazon Haul help page and Amazon’s 2025 and 2026 Haul announcements. Amazon adjusts Haul often, so the Haul cart and checkout screen always have the final word.

Live on Amazon Haul right now (November 2026)

Early November has been busy on Haul. The offers below were reported in the first week of the month. None came with an Amazon press release or a published end date, so read them as dated sightings, not a schedule, and check the banners at the top of the Haul home screen to see what is running for your account today.

Date What was reported or announced Limit and status
November 4, 2026 Flash sale on Haul items priced $2 and under, across electronics, home goods and personal care Two items per customer; no end date given
November 5, 2026 “5 cent deals”: a selection of Haul items listed at $0.05 One item per customer, while supplies last
November 10–11, 2025 (last year) Haul’s first anniversary sale: tens of thousands of $1 items on day one, $0.11 “hidden treasures” on day two Past event; we found no Amazon announcement of a 2026 repeat in early November
November 27 and 30, 2026 Black Friday and Cyber Monday, according to Amazon’s own FAQ Amazon has not said whether Haul will run its own offer

Ultra-low prices do not change the house rules. A 5-cent or $2 item still counts toward the $25 free-shipping line like any other Haul item, and anything priced $3 or less cannot be returned or refunded. How these drops work, how limits are set and how quickly they sell out is explained on our page about Amazon Haul 1 cent and penny deals.

What is the Amazon Haul store?

Amazon introduced Haul in the US on November 13, 2024, as a beta inside the Amazon Shopping app: a separate storefront built entirely around products priced at $20 or less. Amazon describes it as a “U.S.- and mobile-only experience” at the start, and lists apparel, home, beauty, electronics and toys among its main categories. It is a store within Amazon, with its own home screen, its own search that returns Haul items only, and its own cart.

The store has grown quickly. In November 2025 Amazon said it had expanded Haul’s selection by nearly 400% in a year, was serving customers in 25 locations, and was removing the “beta” designation globally. In its second-quarter 2026 results, CEO Andy Jassy said Amazon had expanded ultra-low-priced selection on Haul in the US “by nearly 20x since launch” and now had over six million items priced under $10. The launch story, the timeline and how Haul fits into Amazon are covered in our explainer on what Amazon Haul is and where it came from.

How to find the Amazon Haul website and app

There is no separate Haul company, login or sign-up. Amazon’s own directions are to search “Haul” in the Amazon Shopping app, open Haul from the app’s main menu, or go to amazon.com/haul in a browser while signed in. Because Haul began as an app-only beta, older articles that say there is no desktop version are out of date: Amazon’s help page lists the updated app, mobile web and desktop.

If the Haul entry point does not show up, the most common cause is an outdated app, since Amazon says older versions of the Amazon Shopping app do not support Haul. Haul is also unavailable on Amazon Business accounts. Device-by-device steps are on our page about how to access Amazon Haul, and the Amazon Haul app guide explains how Haul sits inside the Amazon Shopping app and how it relates to the standalone Amazon Bazaar app that Amazon offers in some other countries.

How the Haul cart, checkout and pricing work

Haul behaves like a store within a store. Amazon’s help page says Haul items sit in a separate cart inside the Haul store until you buy them, reached through the cart icon at the bottom right of the Haul screen, and Amazon’s November 2025 sale post described Haul as having its own shopping experience, search, cart and checkout. Because the $25 free-shipping line and the 5% and 10% tiers are Haul offers, the order summary in the Haul cart is the place to see what counts toward them.

Two pricing details on the help page are easy to miss. The struck-through “Typical Price” is a 90-day median of what customers actually paid, not a manufacturer’s list price, so it is a fair yardstick for a discount. And sales tax may be calculated on the price before promotional discounts, which means the tax line on a heavily discounted Haul cart can be based on the higher, pre-discount amount.

Why Amazon Haul prices are so low

Haul trades delivery speed for price. Amazon quotes one to two weeks instead of Prime speeds, and the store is built around ultra-low-priced selection rather than name brands. US import rules for low-value parcels have also changed since launch, and Amazon has not published how that affects individual Haul prices, so we do not guess. The factors are explained one by one on why Amazon Haul is so cheap.

Is Amazon Haul legit?

Yes. Haul is operated by Amazon itself, you pay through your Amazon account, and Amazon says every Haul purchase is backed by its A-to-z Guarantee. Problems with a Haul order go to Amazon customer service, the same as any other Amazon order. Whether a specific item is good value is a separate question, because quality varies widely in a catalog this large. Ownership, payment protection and the most common complaints are covered in depth in is Amazon Haul legit or a scam?

Amazon Haul reviews: what to expect

Opinions of Haul are mixed, and they depend far more on the individual item than on the store. A phone stand or a pack of hair clips is a low-stakes buy at Haul prices; clothing, where fit and fabric matter, carries more risk, especially with a 15-day return window. Rather than repeat anecdotes here, we collect sourced themes from press checks and shopper discussions, good and bad, on our Amazon Haul reviews roundup.

Shipping and delivery in brief

Amazon says Haul purchases are delivered in about one to two weeks, with most arriving in two weeks or less, and that delivery times vary with your location. Haul orders are not Prime eligible, so membership does not speed them up, and orders under $25 pay a $3.99 shipping fee. If you need something by a fixed date, order Haul items at least two weeks ahead or buy from the main Amazon store. Realistic timelines and what to do when a package is late are on how long Amazon Haul takes to deliver.

Returns and refunds in brief

Haul’s return window is half the standard one. Amazon’s Haul help page says eligible items over $3 can be returned free within 15 days of delivery, compared with the usual 30 days, while items priced $3 or less are final sale: they are non-returnable and non-refundable. That second rule matters most during $1, 11-cent and 5-cent events, where every item falls below the line. The step-by-step process is in our Amazon Haul return policy guide.

Amazon Haul deals, discounts and promo codes

Haul’s built-in savings are threshold-based, not code-based. Amazon applies 5% off Haul orders of $50 or more and 10% off orders of $75 or more automatically at checkout, on top of free shipping from $25, and it runs limited-time events such as the $1 and 11-cent anniversary sale. We have not found an official US Haul promo code, and we do not publish codes we cannot trace to Amazon. What is real, and which “Haul coupon” claims to ignore, is on our Amazon Haul promo code page.

Amazon Haul sale events and dates

Haul now takes part in Amazon’s big shopping events instead of sitting apart from them. Its first anniversary sale ran on November 10–11, 2025, with tens of thousands of $1 items on day one and $0.11 items on day two, and Amazon has since included Haul in its Prime events. Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27 and Cyber Monday on November 30, according to Amazon. Every dated Haul event, with what Amazon actually offered and what to expect next, is in our Amazon Haul sale dates calendar.

Amazon Haul compared with Temu, Shein and regular Amazon

Press coverage at launch framed Haul as Amazon’s answer to app-based bargain stores, so comparison questions are common. The differences that matter most are structural: Haul is run by Amazon, uses your existing Amazon account and payment methods, and carries the A-to-z Guarantee, while its 15-day return window and one-to-two-week delivery are less generous than the main Amazon store. Side-by-side tables on price, shipping, returns and buyer protection are in our Amazon Haul comparisons hub, which covers Temu, Shein, AliExpress and regular Amazon.

Where Amazon Haul is available

Haul began in the US and spread fast. Amazon said in November 2025 that Haul served customers in 25 countries and regions, and in some markets it runs the same low-price idea under the Amazon Bazaar name, including as a standalone app. Each country sets its price cap and thresholds in local currency, so the figures in UK or Canadian videos do not apply to a US order. Everything on this site refers to the US store unless a page says otherwise.

Who Amazon Haul is good for

Haul suits shoppers who are comfortable waiting a week or two for inexpensive, low-stakes items and who can plan a cart above $25. It is a poor fit when you need something quickly, want a known brand, or may need to return an item after more than 15 days. A practical rule is to keep a running Haul list, check out once it clears the free-shipping line, and keep the 5% and 10% tiers in mind if you are already close to $50 or $75.

What changed in November 2026

  • November 4–5, 2026: a $2-and-under flash sale (two items per customer) and “5 cent deals” (one item per customer) were reported on Haul. Neither came with an Amazon announcement.
  • Amazon’s Black Friday FAQ, updated on October 30, 2026, confirms Black Friday on November 27 and Cyber Monday on November 30, 2026.
  • We re-checked Amazon’s Haul help page: items priced $3 or less are final sale, the fee below the free-shipping line is $3.99, and Haul is not available to Amazon Business customers.

How we checked this page

We compared every policy figure on this page with Amazon’s Haul help page and Amazon’s own Haul posts on aboutamazon.com: the November 2025 anniversary sale announcement, the post removing the beta label and the July 2026 earnings remarks. We checked the launch date against press coverage from November 13, 2024, and holiday dates against Amazon’s Black Friday FAQ. The early-November offers come from dated deal reports, listed in the sources. All checks were made in November 2026. AmazonHaul Guide is independent and is not run by Amazon, and the site does not keep a first-hand order log yet; when we add our own order records, they will be dated and clearly labeled.

Amazon Haul: FAQ

What is Amazon Haul in simple terms?

It is a low-price section of Amazon where every US item costs $20 or less and most cost under $10. You use your normal Amazon account, Haul items go in their own Haul cart, shipping is free from $25, and delivery usually takes one to two weeks instead of Prime speeds. Amazon launched it in November 2024 and dropped the beta label in November 2025.

What is the official Amazon Haul website?

The official store is at amazon.com/haul, and in the Amazon Shopping app you can search "Haul" or open it from the main menu. AmazonHaul Guide (amazonhaul.net) is an independent information site and is not run by Amazon. You cannot place a Haul order here; we explain the rules and link to Amazon’s own pages so you can check them yourself.

Do you need Prime to shop on Amazon Haul?

No. Any Amazon customer with an updated Amazon Shopping app, a mobile browser or a desktop browser can shop Haul, except Amazon Business accounts. Prime does not change Haul’s terms much: Amazon’s help page says Haul orders are not Prime eligible, so members and non-members get the same $25 free-shipping threshold and the same one-to-two-week delivery window.

How much do you have to spend for free shipping on Amazon Haul?

Haul orders of $25 or more ship free in the US. Below that, Amazon charges a $3.99 shipping fee per order. Amazon also takes 5% off Haul orders of $50 or more and 10% off orders of $75 or more, automatically at checkout, so it can make sense to combine small purchases into one larger Haul order.

Can you return items bought on Amazon Haul?

Yes, with limits. Eligible items priced over $3 can be returned free within 15 days of delivery, half the usual 30-day Amazon window. Items priced $3 or less are final sale, which Amazon’s help page describes as non-returnable and non-refundable. If an order never arrives, Haul purchases are still covered by Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee.

Is there an Amazon Haul sale in November 2026?

Short offers were reported in the first week of November 2026: a $2-and-under flash sale with a two-item limit on November 4 and 5-cent deals with a one-item limit on November 5. In early November we found no Amazon announcement of a second anniversary sale or a Haul Black Friday offer. Black Friday is November 27 and Cyber Monday November 30.

Is Amazon Haul the same as Amazon Bazaar?

They are related but not identical. Haul is the name Amazon uses in the US and many other markets for its ultra-low-price store. In some countries Amazon runs the same concept as Amazon Bazaar, including a standalone Bazaar app. US shoppers use Haul inside the regular Amazon Shopping app or at amazon.com/haul, with US prices and rules.
