Who should buy it (and who should skip it)
These candles suit anyone who hosts backyard dinners, relaxes on the porch, or camps and wants a lemony citronella scent around the table. They also work indoors for people who like fresh, herbal fragrances in living rooms or bathrooms. Skip them if you dislike strong citrus or lemongrass notes, prefer unscented candles, or want one large statement candle instead of three smaller jars.
Before you buy the STRN Citronella Candle: quick tips
- Trim wicks to a short length before each burn to keep the flame tidy.
- On the first light, let the wax melt across the full jar surface to avoid tunneling.
- Set jars on a stable, level surface sheltered from strong wind so the flame burns evenly.
- Expect a lemony, herbal aroma rather than a sweet one when choosing where to burn them.

STRN Citronella Candle coupon & promo code FAQ
What is the STRN Citronella Candle made of?
The candles are made from soy wax with added citronella essential oil and use high-quality cotton wicks. STRN describes the formula as DEET-free. Each of the three glass jars holds about 3.5 ounces of wax with a lemongrass scent.
Can I burn these citronella candles indoors?
Yes. STRN markets them for indoor and outdoor use. Outdoors they suit patios, camping and barbecues, while indoors the fresh lemongrass aroma fits living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies. Follow the usual candle care basics wherever you light them.
How many candles are in the STRN pack?
You get three green glass jar candles, each about 3.5 ounces. Having three lets you place them around a table or deck instead of relying on one large candle, and you can save extras for later evenings.
How does code 83VY7T45 work?
Add the STRN 3-pack to your Amazon cart and enter 83VY7T45 in the promotional code box at checkout. Amazon then subtracts 50% from the candles, which you can see in the order summary before you commit to the purchase.
Is 83VY7T45 still working?
It was active when we last checked on Oct 23, 2026. Seller codes usually run 24–72 hours or until a set number of uses is gone, so apply it soon. Our team marks a code as ended as soon as members report it.
Is there a STRN Citronella Candle coupon or discount code?
Yes – 83VY7T45 is the current Amazon promo code (50% off). Amazon calls it a promotion code; it works the same way as a coupon or discount code at checkout.
Do I need Amazon Prime to use it?
No. Promo codes work for any Amazon account unless the promotion box on the product page says Prime-only.
Why didn't the code apply?
Usually a different size or color than the one the code covers, a one-per-account limit, or the code sold out. See all the fixes.
