Amazon listing: Hairplexx Glow Loc & Twist Gel, Retwist Lock Gel with Scalp Care 5.07oz
Hairplexx Glow Loc and Twist Gel is a 5.07 fluid ounce retwist gel made for locs, and the listing offers 40% off with code HAIRGEL88. A 15% clip coupon is shown on the page as well, so look for the coupon box before you check out. Shoppers searching for a Hairplexx Glow Loc and Twist Gel Amazon promo code will find this one on the page.
The seller positions the gel as a firm-hold product for microlocks, interlocks, dreadlocks and faux locs, with a finish that stays neat and defined without stiffness or flaking. The ingredient list highlights shea butter, tea tree leaf oil and jojoba oil, and the copy says the water-based formula dries clear. It is described as a lightweight alternative to heavy braiding jams, with no white flakes and little buildup, and it washes out with a regular shampoo. The listing also mentions palm rolling and interlocking on textured and 4C hair.
It is aimed at people who maintain their own locs between salon visits, or stylists looking for a retwist gel. To save, clip the coupon if it appears, enter HAIRGEL88 at checkout and verify the lower total before paying.

Who should buy it (and who should skip it)
This gel suits people with locs, microlocs or faux locs who do their own retwists and want a clear, non-sticky finish with a firm hold, as well as stylists who want a lightweight product to keep in their kit. It may not be right for loose, straight hair, for anyone who wants a very glossy styling pomade, or for people who prefer fragrance-free or ingredient-free products.

Before you buy the Hairplexx Glow Loc & Twist Gel: quick tips
- Check the full ingredient list for anything you avoid or react to, and do a small patch test before using it all over.
- Look at how the seller describes hold and drying time, because retwist gels vary a lot in how firm they feel.
- Consider the size, since 5.07 ounces is a small jar if you maintain a full head of locs frequently.
- Plan for regular washing, as even water-based gels can leave residue if you pile on layers between shampoos.

Hairplexx Glow Loc & Twist Gel coupon & promo code FAQ
Does the coupon stack with the Hairplexx promo code?
The page shows a 15% clip coupon and a separate code, HAIRGEL88, for 40% off. Clip the coupon, apply the code at checkout, and read the final total in your order summary to see exactly what applied.
What hair types is this gel made for?
The seller says it is tailored for locs, including microlocs, interlocks, dreadlocks and faux locs, and for textured and 4C hair. It is described for palm rolling, interlocking and smoothing flyaways.
What ingredients does the gel highlight?
The listing highlights shea butter, tea tree leaf oil and jojoba oil. Read the complete ingredient list on the page before buying if you have sensitivities, and avoid it if any ingredient is a concern.
Will it leave residue or flakes?
The seller says the lightweight, water-based formula dries clear without white flakes and washes out with regular shampoo. Results can vary with how much you apply, so use a small amount and rinse thoroughly.
Is HAIRGEL88 still working?
It was active when we last checked on Oct 23, 2026. Seller codes usually run 24–72 hours or until a set number of uses is gone, so apply it soon. Our team marks a code as ended as soon as members report it.
Is there a Hairplexx Glow Loc & Twist Gel coupon or discount code?
Yes – HAIRGEL88 is the current Amazon promo code (40% off). Amazon calls it a promotion code; it works the same way as a coupon or discount code at checkout, and the listing also has a 15% clip-on coupon.
Do I need Amazon Prime to use it?
No. Promo codes work for any Amazon account unless the promotion box on the product page says Prime-only.
Why didn't the code apply?
Usually a different size or color than the one the code covers, a one-per-account limit, or the code sold out. See all the fixes.
